Who this is for

  • You need a specific total and sectional score for a university or a licence.
  • Your speaking answers are running long or collapsing in the last 15 seconds.
  • You have taken the test once and the speaking section is your lowest score.
  • You are testing in under 8 weeks and need a schedule you can actually follow.
The study path

What TOEFL preparation actually looks like

Not a syllabus of grammar points. A diagnostic sequence built around the one thing costing you the result.

01

Week 1 — Baseline and rubric

A timed mock of all four speaking tasks. Your tutor scores each task against the official rubric and shows you exactly where delivery, language use and topic development lose points.

02

Weeks 2–4 — Task-by-task structure

Independent and integrated tasks drilled separately. Templates are earned, not memorised: you build a shape you can adapt under time pressure.

03

Weeks 5–7 — Time and note-taking

Integrated tasks with real reading–listening–speaking cycles. Note-taking is trained as a skill, because that is where integrated tasks usually fail.

04

Week 8 — Full mock and review

A complete timed test, then a line-by-line review against the rubric with a realistic sectional range.

TOEFL — the honest answers

Do you cover reading, listening and writing too?

The marketplace is built around speaking and interview performance, and most tutors specialise there. Several tutors also coach TOEFL writing. Tell your tutor which section is your lowest score and they will tell you honestly whether they are the right fit.

Is the TOEFL speaking section easier to improve than IELTS?

It is more structured, so students often see faster gains in delivery and task shape. Language use improves on the same timeline as any other speaking work. Nobody can tell you a number in advance.

Can I practise the integrated tasks without the reading and listening passages?

Not usefully. Your tutor will bring authentic-style integrated sets so you practise the real cognitive load, not a simplified version.

How is the free trial different for TOEFL?
